If you installed Magento before setting up a domain for the app in SellCloud, chances are your users are being redirected to your IP address when visiting your domain in a browser.

This can be fixed in Magento's configuration system.

First, log in to your Magento Admin Panel and select Configuration from the System menu.

Then, select Web under the General options to the left.

Expand the Unsecure section and change the base URL.

Expand the Secure section and change the base URL.

Finally, click Save Config.
